Royal Brackla

Royal Brackla Distillery was founded by Captain William Fraser in 1812 from his farm on the Cawdor Estate near inverness. With so many illicit distilleries in the local area, he shipped his whisky to London where it was tasted by King William IV, who bestowed the first Royal Warrant for a whisky in 1833.

Today this opulent single malt is finished in different sherry casks to give fascinating spice character and depth of flavour.
