Refund policy

You can return your items within 14 days for a full refund, as long as they aren't personalised or perishable (don't worry, whisky isn't perishable!).

If the items are faulty then we will refund the cost of delivery and return. If you return the item because you have changed you mind, then we will refund the cost of delivery but not the cost of returning the item to us.

Please email aberfeldydistillery@dewars.com with details of the order number, your name, address and contact details. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
