Shipping policy
We offer UK-wide delivery with DHL services. However, due to our location in the Scottish Highlands, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched from the distillery.
Each order must be received by someone aged 18 or over. DHL operates a Challenge 25 policy, meaning you may be asked to provide proof of age with a valid, government-issued photo ID upon delivery.
Our courier DHL Ecommerce and DHL Domestic only operate Monday to Friday. Please take note that no orders are delivered over weekends.
Please note: During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery times may extend to 5–14 working days after dispatch.

Order Processing Times:
Because we're based in a remote Highland location, orders must be placed by 4pm to be collected the following morning.
For example:

Order placed at 3pm Monday → will be collected on Tuesday

Order placed at 8pm Monday → will be collected on Wednesday
