Craigellachie Whisky Hot Sauce Set

Created in collaboration with Scottish hot sauce specialists Trodden Black, this distinctive sauce was inspired by the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival and brought to life by Craigellachie Advocacy Host, Craig Reed.

"I've always enjoyed trying interesting hot sauces, so when the idea came up to create something a little different from the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival at Craigellachie, I was very excited. I was keen to work with a Scottish company to bring the idea to life, so Trodden Black felt like the perfect partner.

We wanted the sauce to have real depth and layers of flavour, while incorporating pineapple, a distinctive note that appears throughout much of the Craigellachie range. It felt like a great way to bring that characteristic into the hot sauce and create something that reflects the spirit of our whisky in a completely different way."

The result is a rich, smoky hot sauce that balances sweetness, spice and complexity, with Craigellachie 13 Year Old at its heart. Whether you're glazing ribs, elevating burgers or adding a kick to grilled vegetables, your BBQ won't know what hit it.

This hot sauce is a natural product. Separation may occur. Shake well before use, refrigerate once opened, and use within 4 weeks.
