This 22 Year Old expression showcases Aultmore’s elegant character through a carefully considered double cask maturation. Initially aged for the majority of its life in refill hogsheads, the whisky was then finished in Oloroso sherry casks, selected to complement the distillery’s delicate grassy and herbal notes. The finishing process was closely monitored by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod, ensuring perfect balance before bottling.

Bottled in its purest form at 50.2% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring, the whisky opens with stewed fruits, dates and figs, followed by creamy toffee, coffee and subtle spice, leading to a long, gently warming finish. A refined and expressive Speyside malt, prized by those who know to look for it.

Stewed fruits evolve into dark, rich notes of dates and figs, sweet notes of creamy toffee layered with freshly ground coffee and delicate spice notes, leaving a gentle warmth.
